Combine ingredients except pork in a glass bowl. Add pork ribs to sauce and marinate for at least 4 hours in refrigerator. Remove ribs and heat remaining barbecue sauce to a boil in a saucepan. Prepare medium-hot fire and grill ribs over indirect heat for 4-5 minutes per side, basting occasionally. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
