Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar |
8 PrairieFresh® pork tenderloin filets (approx. 4 oz. each) 1 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, sage, or thyme 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic with rosemary. Add pork tenderloins and marinate them at room temperature for 5 minutes on each side. Season filets with salt and pepper and grill them for 4 minutes each side, or until cooked as desired. |
